Brazilian plastic footwear maker Melissa worked with 3M to create an amazing opening exhibit at their São Paulo flagship store, Galeria Melissa, using 350,000 colored Post-its. 30,000 of them had spontaneous messages of love written on them from local fans. The end result is beautifully captured in this time-lapse video that took 5 months to finish.

The Brazilian Shoe Manufacturer Melissa has used almost 3.5M colorful Post-It Notes as ‘pixels’ for their stop-motion film to create a never seen before effect. The U-shaped was being used for this animation situated in front of Galeria Melissa in São Paulo, Brazil. It took 25 animators more than 5 months to create these effects for their “Power of Love” series that includes a pulsating heart flower, prancing elephants and balloon lifting. I have never seen such a large scale version of Post It Notes turned pixel animation!
